About the Role:
Orphic Design is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who can plan, manage, and grow the social media presence of our company and clients. The ideal candidate should understand current trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop monthly social media strategies and content calendars.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content ideas for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Write captions, reel scripts, headings, and promotional copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and clients.
- Schedule and publish content regularly.
- Monitor trends, competitors, and audience behaviour.
- Respond to comments and messages when required.
- Track performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Support influencer collaborations and promotional campaigns.
- Assist with Meta Ads and campaign planning.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and content-planning abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English and Hindi; Punjabi is an advantage.
- Knowledge of paid advertising is preferred.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management is preferred.
- Freshers with strong creative skills, relevant knowledge, and a good portfolio may also apply.
- Agency experience will be an advantage.
