Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer – Civil with mandatory experience in Mivan/Aluminium Formwork projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and ensuring timely execution of high-rise construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
- Plan and monitor Mivan slab cycles (5–7 days per floor)
- Develop WBS, baseline schedules, and project timelines
- Track daily progress and identify delays / bottlenecks
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (DPR/MPR)
- Coordinate with site, billing, and project teams for smooth execution
- Monitor resource planning (manpower, material, machinery)
- Prepare EOT claims, delay analysis, and recovery plans
- Ensure project execution as per target timelines and milestones
Eligibility (Mandatory):
- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering only
- Mandatory experience in Mivan / Aluminium Formwork (high-rise projects)
- Candidates without Mivan experience will not be considered
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in planning for construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project and Excel
- Experience in high-rise residential projects preferred
- Good understanding of RCC construction sequence and Mivan cycle planning

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
