Job Title: Labour Welfare Officer

Reports To: HR Manager / Factory Manager
Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring employee welfare, statutory compliance, and maintaining harmonious industrial relations within the factory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Promote employee welfare programs.
- Coordinate medical camps, health check-ups, and welfare activities.
- Liaise with government labor departments.
- Maintain statutory registers and records.
- Conduct employee awareness programs.
- Support HR in employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with welfare provisions under applicable labor laws.
- Assist during labor inspections and audits.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree with Labour Welfare/HR specialization.
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
