Experience: 5–8 Years in Automotive manufacturing industry
Qualification: Diploma / B.E.
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop jigs, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing.
* Support forging, machining, and assembly processes.
* Maintain and improve tooling performance.
* Troubleshoot shop floor tooling issues.
* Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
* Coordinate with production, quality, and vendors for tool development and improvements.
Requirements:
* CNC Tool making experience in automotive industry.
* Strong knowledge in AutoCAD (Mandatory).
* Hands-on experience in tool and fixture design.
* Experience in automotive manufacturing.
* Good knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.
* Exposure to PPAP and IATF documentation.
* Strong shop floor and production support experience.
