We are looking for a customer-focused Restaurant Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with partner restaurants. The role involves placing and confirming orders, coordinating with restaurant partners, resolving operational issues, and ensuring seamless order execution for an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with partner restaurants on a daily basis.
- Place and confirm customer orders with restaurants.
- Build and maintain strong restaurant relationships.
- Resolve restaurant-side operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate communication and order records.
