Printing Operator – Fresher / Experienced
Experience:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in printing operations or related fields preferred.
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of printing machines and printing processes.
- Understanding of color accuracy, print quality, and material handling.
- Ability to operate, monitor, and maintain printing equipment efficiently.
- Familiarity with digital printing, offset printing, large-format printing, or screen printing is an added advantage.
- Basic troubleshooting and machine handling skills.
- Attention to detail and quality control awareness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- Willingness to learn new printing technologies and processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor printing machines as per production requirements.
- Ensure print quality, color consistency, and proper machine functioning.
- Handle printing materials, inks, papers, and related equipment carefully.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Coordinate with the design and production team for print execution.
- Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow company safety and operational procedures.
Terms and Conditions:
- Candidate should be willing to learn and adapt to company standards and workflows.
- Initial 3 months will be considered as a training/orientation period.
- Employee should meet quality and performance expectations.
- Relevant educational documents, experience certificates, or references may be required.
- Offer letter and company agreements must be signed upon joining.
- Passport with minimum 2 years validity is preferred.
- Candidate should be willing to travel to other locations, including foreign countries, if required.
Salary:
- ₹2,00,000 to ₹4,00,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and performance)
