The Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing suitable product recommendations, and driving sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.
We are particularly looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following categories:
- Electrical Products
- Tiles
- Sanitaryware & Bathroom Fittings
- Bathware
- Stainless Steel Products
- Other construction and building materials
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and understand customer requirements and provide professional product guidance.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs, budget, and application.
- Develop a strong understanding of product specifications, features, brands, and applications.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Generate new sales opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on new products, market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at every stage.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience in any of the following areas:
Electrical / Tiles / Sanitaryware / Bathware / Stainless Steel / Building Materials
- Strong product knowledge and customer-handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert enquiries into sales.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Candidates with experience in retail, showroom, dealer, or building-material sales will be preferred.
