Hiring: Business Operations Associate - Fresher

We're looking for a smart, proactive generalist to work closely with leadership at our consulting firm. This isn't a routine admin role — you'll get real exposure across operations, business development, finance, and HR in a fast-moving environment.
What You'll Do
Drive lead generation and cold outreach to identify and connect with potential clients
Support business development efforts — research, follow-ups, and pipeline coordination
Manage meetings, calendars, notes, and follow-ups
Maintain all company trackers, dashboards, and internal documentation
Support basic accounting activities — invoices, payments, records, and follow-ups
Assist with compliance, documentation, and operational tasks
Support HR activities like hiring coordination, onboarding, and employee records

Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of business operations, accounting, HR, or admin work
Familiar with Google Workspace / MS Office
