Job Role
The Field Officer / Coordinator will be responsible for collecting business information, visiting commercial areas, and coordinating with local business owners for inclusion in the company's magazine and promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular field visits and interact with business owners and entrepreneurs.
- Collect business details, contact information, and required data for publication in the magazine.
- Visit shops, offices, and commercial establishments on a door-to-door basis.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with local businesses.
- Explain the benefits of listing and promotional opportunities offered by Zentra Media Company.
- Coordinate with the internal team for accurate data entry and publication.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain records of collected information.
- Follow up with clients regarding advertisements, listings, and other business opportunities.
- Identify new markets and potential clients to expand the company's network.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities as required.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel and conduct field visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Compensation
Salary: Depend on Interview and Experience.
