Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise building construction projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to handle site execution, project coordination, client interactions, and project billing. The position requires travel and posting at project sites located in different regions, depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of building construction projects from start to completion.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely execution.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage site manpower, subcontractors, materials, machinery, and resources efficiently.
- Prepare and verify contractor/client bills, measurement sheets, BOQs, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities as required.
- Handle client meetings, provide project updates, and resolve technical or execution-related issues.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and resolve site challenges while maintaining project timelines.
- Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and records.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of RCC and building construction practices.
- Experience in billing, quantity estimation, and measurements.
- Strong client handling and communication skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, contracts, and project planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech. Civil).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in building construction projects.
Work Location
The selected candidate will be posted at project sites across different locations based on project requirements. The candidate should be willing to relocate and travel as required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
