Job Summary – HR Associate / Recruitment Executive (Work From Home)

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of professional work experience
- Candidates from Sales, BPO, Telecalling, Customer Service, or similar profiles are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely

- Understanding client hiring requirements
- Regular follow-up and coordination with clients
- Connecting with and onboarding new clients
- Managing calling and communication activities
- Supporting recruitment and HR coordination tasks
