Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage room reservations and room allocations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
- Maintain guest records and update system entries accurately.
- Handle guest complaints politely and escalate when required.
- Process payments, bills, and invoices.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and well maintained.
- Follow hotel SOPs, grooming standards, and operational policies.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel software.
- Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Customer service orientation.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
