We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR operations. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely salary processing, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR administrative functions in alignment with organizational policies.

Process monthly payroll accurately within defined timelines

Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions

Prepare salary statements, payroll reports, and reimbursement reports

Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs and approvals

Resolve employee payroll-related queries

Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and TDS
-
Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines
-
Maintain compliance documentation for audits

Maintain employee master data in HRMS
-
Manage onboarding documentation and employee records
-
Issue HR letters (offer, confirmation, experience, salary certificates)

Track confirmations, contract renewals, and exit formalities
-
Support attendance and leave management processes
-
Prepare monthly HR & payroll MIS reports
-
Generate reports on headcount, attrition, and payroll cost
-
Maintain HR documentation for internal and external audits
-
Address employee queries related to salary, benefits, and policies
-
Coordinate with departments for HR documentation and approvals

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

Certification in Payroll/HR will be an added advantage

2–5 years of experience in payroll and HR operations

Experience with HRMS/Payroll software preferred

Experience in educational institutions is an advantage

Strong knowledge of payroll processing & statutory compliance

Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools

Understanding of labor laws and payroll regulations
