As a Client Services Coordinator you will serve as the primary bridge between us and our clients. This role requires a high-level communicator who can maintain operational excellence , constant communication and feedback, all while actively expanding our professional network.
Responsibilities
- Operational Liaison: Act as the central point of the company among multiple contacts across multiple regions
- Network Expansion: Proactively establish new connections with healthcare providers, diagnostic centers, and specialist doctors to grow the company's service footprint.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor service turnaround times (TAT) and intervene to resolve any technical or logistical delays.
- Account Management: Conduct regular check-ins with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction levels and address any service-related concerns.
- Onboarding: Manage the integration process for new clients, ensuring their staff is trained on our reporting platforms and protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Exceptional English Proficiency: Must possess an extremely strong base in English (both written and verbal). You will be communicating complex logistical and medical-administrative information to high-level stakeholders. Your English language knowledge will be a key factor and is required.
- Professional Communication: Ability to maintain a polished, authoritative, and empathetic tone in all interactions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills to navigate the fast-paced environment of urgent diagnostics care.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in using CRM software, cloud-based medical platforms, and standard office suites.
Preferred (Optional) Skills
- Sales Acumen: Experience in lead generation, "cold" outreach, or medical sales is a significant plus.
- Negotiation: Ability to discuss service level agreements (SLAs) and partnership terms with potential collaborators.
- Healthcare Background: Prior experience in a diagnostic lab, hospital administration, or telehealth environment is beneficial but not required.
