- Perform machining work for repair and maintenance of machine parts
- Recondition worn-out components like shafts, bushes, rollers, and sleeves
- Operate lathe machine for breakdown and preventive maintenance tasks
- Assist maintenance team during machine breakdowns
- Ensure proper fitting and finishing of repaired components
- Maintain tools, machines, and work area in good condition
- Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures
- ITI (Turner) or Diploma in Mechanical
- Experience in lathe machine operation for maintenance work
- Knowledge of repairing mechanical components
- Ability to handle measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.)
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery maintenance
- Problem-solving skills and practical approach
