The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to implement operational processes. You will be working with the founder and take part in important decision-making. This is a great opportunity for Freshers to get hands-on experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience managing production teams and shop-floor operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/inventory management software is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
