Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible Interior Site Supervisors to assist in managing interior fit-out projects at residential and commercial sites. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the design team to ensure smooth execution of work as per approved drawings and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit project sites regularly and monitor ongoing work.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved designs and specifications.
- Track project progress and report daily updates to the Project Manager.
- Verify material deliveries and maintain site records.
- Assist in quality checks and ensure finishing standards are maintained.
- Identify site issues and escalate them to senior team members.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety standards at project sites.
- Coordinate with clients during site visits whenever required.
- Take site measurements and prepare basic reports.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Freshers and interns are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of interior execution and construction processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as required.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and reading drawings will be an added advantage.
- Must possess a learning attitude and problem-solving approach.
