Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and passionate Dermatologist with expertise in clinical dermatology and aesthetic procedures. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing advanced skin and hair procedures while ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.
Key Responsibilities1. Consultation & Diagnosis
- Conduct detailed patient consultations for skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns
- Diagnose conditions such as acne, pigmentation, scars, hair loss, infections, etc.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
2. Clinical & Aesthetic Procedures
- Perform and/or supervise procedures such as:
- Chemical Peels, PRP, GFC, Microneedling
- Laser Treatments (PICO, Carbon Laser, Hair Removal)
- Botox, Fillers, Thread Lift (preferred)
- RF Skin Tightening, HIFU, Acne Scar Treatments
- Ensure safe and effective execution of all procedures
3. Patient Care & Follow-ups
- Monitor treatment progress and ensure patient satisfaction
- Educate patients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
- Maintain strong patient relationships and retention
4. Clinic Operations & Compliance
- Supervise therapists and ensure quality service delivery
- Maintain proper documentation and patient records
- Follow all medical protocols, hygiene, and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- MBBS with MD / DNB / DDVL / DVD in Dermatology from a recognized institution
- Valid medical registration/license
- 1–5+ years of experience in dermatology or aesthetic practice (freshers can also apply)
Skills Required
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Hands-on experience in aesthetic dermatology procedures
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Ability to convert consultations into treatments
- Patient-centric approach with attention to detail
