We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, HR coordination and maintaining a positive employee experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities including screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and prepare HR documentation.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and assist with payroll inputs.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in implementing HR policies, reports, and day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience (freshers with a passion for HR can apply).
Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
