We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the complete Human Resources function across our operations in Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Drive performance management systems, including KPI/KRA setting, appraisals, and employee development.
- Oversee employee engagement, retention, grievance handling, and workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Develop training and development initiatives based on organizational and employee requirements.
- Support leadership in workforce planning, organizational development, and building a strong corporate culture.
- Handle disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations professionally.
- Establish and maintain effective HR systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms.
- Coordinate HR operations across multiple locations in Kerala.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably including experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, statutory compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage HR operations across multiple locations.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office applications.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant qualification is preferred.
