We are looking for a Travel Operations Executive who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and eager to start a career in the travel and tourism industry. This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Air Ticketing Support
- Assist with booking air tickets using GDS systems and online booking portals
- Coordinate with airlines for fare checks and basic negotiations
- Help resolve ticket issues such as cancellations, reissues, and new bookings
- Maintain accurate records and professional communication with airline partners
- Support tracking of air travel costs and budgets
-Hotel & Accommodation Management
- Assist with hotel bookings and ensure timely confirmations
- Coordinate with hotels to secure competitive rates under guidance
- Maintain and update a database of preferred hotels
- Support relationship building with hotel partners
-Operations & Coordination
- Assist with day-to-day travel operations and coordination
- Support vendor management for airlines, hotels, and cab services
- Help with billing processes and payment reconciliation
- Assist in client coordination and service follow-ups
- Support documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and policies
Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 year of experience in travel operations (internships count)
- Freshers with relevant academic knowledge are welcome
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
