Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and increase product visibility.
- Ensure product availability and effective market coverage across the assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the management team.
- Follow up on customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of queries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Represent the company professionally while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Field Sales, Territory Sales, or Channel Sales.
- Experience in handling distributors and dealer networks is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer network.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
