We are seeking a diligent and experienced Blending Operator to join our team in Sitarganj. The Blending Operator will be responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and blending raw materials according to specific formulas and production schedules. This role requires a strong understanding of blending processes, quality control, and safety protocols to ensure the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team, and committed to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
- Operate and monitor various blending equipment, including mixers, blenders, and pumps, ensuring optimal performance and product quality.
- Accurately weigh, measure, and add raw materials according to batch records, formulas, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Load and unload materials into blending tanks and containers, ensuring proper material handling and storage.
- Monitor blending processes, including temperature, pressure, and mixing times, making necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.
- Perform in-process quality checks, including pH, viscosity, and density measurements, and record data accurately.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic preventive maintenance to ensure continuous operation.
- Clean and sanitize blending equipment, tanks, and work areas thoroughly between batches to prevent cross-contamination.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and company policies.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and inventory documentation.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, quality control, and other team members regarding production status, issues, and material needs.
- Assist with other production tasks as needed to support overall plant operations.
