Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager-Contract Management In this role you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation and/or improvement Active user of Internet and online applications. You will be helping service agents in collating the information that they will provide you over the call/e-mail and create the billing schedules and on time billings of the projects the information that you will save in system will be used as input for billing purposes. Responsibilities: - Reviewing and should be analytic unbilled reports. - Conducting calls with Project managers and discuss Project data. - Gathering Billing related backups from Project Managers - Project setup Validation per PO/Contract (ERP Charlie) - Generating Invoices (Debit/credit/AR etc.) - Auditing of Project status - Responsible to showcase strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment. - Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings. - Ability to comprehend and communicate effectively with the customers (written & verbal) - Articulate calls inputs from Service agents to share for billing requirements. - Ensure correct inputs are done for billing details alignment of Headcount. - Coordinating with billing team for any invoice generation - Should be willing to work overtime and work on weekends. - Ability to apply knowledge to real world scenarios. - Strong work ethic displays the drive to learn new features or troubleshoot methods for their primary application. - Support on Ad-hoc reports & Quarter Closing Activities - Minimum
