Role Overview
We are hiring a Growth-Focused Performance Marketer who owns client revenue outcomes—not just campaigns. This role requires end-to-end ownership of Paid Ads, SEO, Social Media, Funnels, and AI-powered execution across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own lead generation, lead quality, ROI, and conversion performance
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Plan and optimize full-funnel performance strategies
- Execute on-page, technical & content SEO for lead-driven growth
- Develop social media strategies aligned to lead generation
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, Canva, etc.) for campaign execution
- Implement GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel & CRM-integrated funnels
- Improve CPL, ROAS, CVR & lead-to-sale ratio
Required Skills
- Agency experience handling client accounts
- Hands-on Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Strong SEO & funnel optimization knowledge
