Job Title : Plant Operator

Key Responsibility :
- Operate machines and equipment safely on construction sites.
- Perform daily checks to ensure machines are in good working condition.
- Adjust machine settings to meet project needs and specifications.
- Follow safety rules and wear proper protective gear to avoid accidents.
- Report any issues or problems with the equipment to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area around the plant equipment.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials using plant machinery.
- Perform minor maintenance tasks like cleaning or lubricating machinery.
- Work with other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Keep accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.
