Key Responsibilities
- Handle PAN card applications, corrections, and updates
- Process PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) applications
- Manage online government services and documentation
- Assist customers with e-District, Aadhaar, CSC, and other public service applications
- Handle bill payments, registrations, certificates, and online submissions
- Maintain proper records and customer documents
- Provide professional customer support and guidance
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Akshaya Centre is mandatory
- Good knowledge of PAN, PCC, and related online services
- Familiarity with government portals and documentation procedures
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Ability to work responsibly and manage customers professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling passport-related services, income certificate, community certificate, and other e-governance services
- Knowledge of MS Office and internet applications
