Job Location: Gurgaon/Manesar/Kharkhoda
Required Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Required Qualification: B. Tech or Diploma in Plastics, Tool & Die
Job Role:
- Mold development for Bumper & Instrument Panel, Child Parts
- Injection Molding facilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Mold development activities for parts of automobile such as Front Bumper, Rear Bumper, Instrument panel, Child Parts etc.
- Mold development activities such as Part design review, Mold Design Review, Mold flow analysis and countermeasure, Mold manufacturing, Tryouts and Quality improvement.
- Co-ordination with Mold maker for mold development, ECN implementation & costing etc. from drawing release to SOP.
- Mold trial issues, defects and countermeasure, Optimum parameter setting, cycle time reduction techniques.
- Accuracy & SQR problems Analysis and countermeasure.
- Mold commissioning.
- Knowledge of various plastic raw materials.
Competencies / Skills:

Desirable:
Good knowledge of UG, Mold Flow software.
- Experience in Automobile OEM industry/Mold maker industry preferred.
