Job Title: Inside Sales Representative – Software Solutions (100% Work From Home)
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Software Sales Representative to join our growing enterprise sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, conducting virtual software demonstrations, and closing deals with businesses across the region.
This is a 100% remote (Work From Home) position, offering you the flexibility to manage your pipeline from your home office while leveraging industry-leading cloud CRM and pipeline management tools.
Key Responsibilities and Job Content
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn networking to identify target B2B clients.
- Virtual Product Demonstrations: Schedule and conduct high-impact video consultations (via Zoom/Teams) to showcase the software’s value proposition, features, and ROI to stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, maintaining clean data within the corporate CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Solution Selling: Uncover client pain points, understand their business workflows, and present customized software licensing and SaaS packages that meet their needs.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
Core Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of proven sales experience (experience in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), IT solutions, or Tech sales is highly preferred but not mandatory).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to articulate complex software features in simple, business-oriented terms.
- Tech Savviness: Comfortable using modern sales tools, including CRMs, video conferencing platforms, and automated email sequencing software.
- Self-Management: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working independently without constant supervision in a remote structure.
Home Office Infrastructure Requirements
Because this is a strict work-from-home position, candidates must possess the following infrastructure prior to their onboarding date:
- A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace or home office room.
- A high-speed, reliable internet connection (Minimum 50 Mbps download/upload speed) with a power backup system.
- A modern laptop or desktop computer with a high-definition webcam and a professional noise-Canceling USB headset.
