- Lead small-group outdoor experiences (e.g. lead treks, Fishing trips, kayaking).
- Ensure guest safety, comfort, and engagement throughout the experience.

Requirements
- Goan or based in Goa, preferably North Goa, or willing to travel 2–3 hours to activity locations when required.
- Own mode of transport required (travel allowance provided).
- Comfortable leading small groups in outdoor settings.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential (additional foreign languages are a major advantage).
- Confident swimmer who is physically fit and comfortable in natural environments such as rivers, forests, and hiking trails.
- Willing to travel to different hosting locations across Goa.
- Strong sense of adventure and enthusiasm for outdoor experiences.
- Enjoys exploring new places, trying new activities, and spending time in nature.
- Positive attitude, adaptable mindset, and willingness to step outside their comfort zone.
- Early riser with excellent punctuality and time management.
- Responsive and reliable on calls, messages, and work-related communication.
- Friendly, responsible, and calm under pressure.
- Passion for local culture, nature, and storytelling.
- Prior experience in guiding, tourism, hospitality, outdoor activities, or customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not required.

Compensation
- Base salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and suitability).
- Performance-based bonuses and incentives can increase total monthly earnings to ₹30,000+.
- Travel allowance provided for work-related travel.
Expected monthly earnings: ₹15,000–₹30,000+, based on performance, availability, and activities led.
