Constems-AI is a fast-growing technology company delivering AI, machine learning, computer vision, IoT, and data analytics solutions to enterprise clients. We are looking for a technical sales executive/associate who can combine business development with pre-sales activities to drive customer acquisition and solution consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads using CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable AI, IoT, and software solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, demos, and pre-sales discussions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial documents.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to design customer-specific solutions.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers and key stakeholders.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
- MBA/B.Tech/B.E. (MBA preferred) with 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, IT sales, pre-sales, solution consulting, or B2B enterprise sales.
- Good understanding of IT services, SaaS, AI/ML, cloud, IoT, or digital transformation solutions.
- Experience in lead generation, client presentations, and proposal preparation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM), and MS Office.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business solutions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise or corporate sales.
- Exposure to RFP/RFQ, solution presentations, and pre-sales documentation.
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, IoT, cloud, or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience working with domestic or international B2B clients is a plus.
