We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager to own our brand’s voice across all digital channels. In this role, you will design and execute our social media strategy, produce highly engaging content, build an active community, and analyze performance metrics to drive growth.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of platform algorithms, a sharp eye for visual storytelling, and a track record of turning followers into brand advocates.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and brand identity.
- Community Management: Monitor channels daily, actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering a positive, loyal community.
- Social Listening & Trends: Stay ahead of internet culture, emerging trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to keep our brand relevant.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report weekly/monthly KPIs (key performance indicators like engagement rates, conversion, and follower growth) to optimize performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal design, product, and copy teams to ensure cohesive messaging and support product launches or campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Instagram, snapchat, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter), including their distinct algorithms and audiences.
- Tools of the Trade: Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social), design apps (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and native analytics platforms.
- Communication: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone to match our specific brand voice.
- Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing creative tasks with analytical thinking.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
