Executive – Electroplating (Auto Plating & Manual Plating)

Job Summary
The Electroplating Executive will be responsible for handling both Auto Plating and Manual Plating operations to ensure smooth production flow, plating quality, process control, chemical maintenance, and The role includes supervision of manpower, monitoring plating parameters, maintaining bath health, and ensuring customer quality requirements are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Auto Plating Line Responsibilities
- Supervise automatic electroplating line operations as per production plan.
- Monitor conveyorized/automatic plating processes for continuous production flow.
- Ensure proper loading, unloading, and jig arrangement in auto plating lines.
- Monitor rectifiers, PLC systems, dosing systems, pumps, heaters, and filtration systems.
Manual Plating Responsibilities
- Supervise manual plating activities including dipping, barrel plating, rack plating, and touch-up processes.
- Ensure proper handling of components during manual plating operations.
- Monitor plating quality, thickness, and surface finish in manual processes.
Process & Chemical Control
- Monitor process parameters such as:
- pH Level
- Temperature
- Current Density
- Voltage
- Chemical Concentration
- Plating Time
Production & Planning Responsibilities
- Achieve daily production targets as per planning schedule.
- Coordinate with SCM, Production Planning, and Dispatch teams for priority execution.
- Ensure availability of materials, chemicals, and consumables.
- Monitor WIP and reduce bottlenecks in plating operations.
ETP, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) and pollution control norms.
- Ensure safe handling of chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Maintain PPE compliance and safe working environment.
- Support ISO, safety, and customer audits.

Educational Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Chemical, Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or Electrical Engineering
- Certification in Electroplating / Surface Treatment preferred
Experience
- 0 to 5 Years of experience in Auto Plating and Manual Plating operations.
- Experience in Zinc, Nickel, Copper, Tin, Silver, or Powder Coating support process preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
