Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff and patient care activities.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards.
- Monitor nursing performance and maintain patient safety.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for smooth operations.
- Manage staff scheduling and training activities.
Eligibility:
- B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid registration.
- Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
