Job Summary:
We are looking for a Production Engineer with experience in machine manufacturing, fabrication, machining, and assembly. The candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and improving production processes while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily production activities.
- Monitor fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Purchase teams.
- Resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
- Maintain production reports and documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of fabrication, machining, welding, and assembly processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in heavy machine manufacturing, hydraulic presses, power presses, rolling, bending, or straightening machines will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
