Key Responsibilities:
- Document Processing & Filing:
- Organize, scan, and file immigration documents and applications.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork is accurately completed and properly filed according to legal requirements and office procedures.
- Application Support:
- Assist in the preparation and submission of visa and immigration applications for clients.
- Ensure that all required documents are collected from clients and verified for completeness.
- Data Entry and Database Management:
- Maintain accurate records of client information, application status, and documentation in the database.
- Regularly update and monitor client records, ensuring that information is up-to-date.
- Client Interaction:
- Answer client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person regarding the status of their applications and other immigration-related queries.

- Coordination with Authorities:
