We seek a skilled Video Editor to transform raw footage into trending, high-impact videos. You'll stay ahead of viral styles, master the latest editing software, and collaborate with our social media team to elevate content quality and drive market growth.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Edit raw footage from corporate events, weddings, and pre-weddings into polished, engaging videos using advanced techniques like cinematic transitions, color grading, and motion graphics.
- Research and incorporate the latest trending video formats (e.g., Reels, TikTok-style shorts, cinematic montages) to ensure content resonates with modern audiences.
- Stay updated on software releases and features for tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Capcut Pro, and emerging AI editing platforms.
- Coordinate closely with videographers, photographers, and social media managers to align edits with brand goals, optimize for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and boost engagement metrics.
- Deliver high-quality exports in multiple formats, adhering to deadlines for client deliverables and promotional campaigns.
- Provide creative input on shoots to enhance storytelling and visual appeal from the planning stage.
*Requirements:*
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience, ideally in events, weddings, or corporate video production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), capcut or equivalent; knowledge of latest updates and plugins essential.
- Proven track record of creating trending content (portfolio with social media-optimized videos required).
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics to collaborate effectively.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred; reel/portfolio mandatory.
