Working Days: Monday to Friday. Weekends Off
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone call
Provide accurate information regarding products and processes to users
Maintain a professional and helpful tone to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements and Setup
Must own a functioning Smartphone, Laptop, or PC
Stable internet connectivity
Good communication and active listening skills
No prior experience required. Freshers are welcome
Compensation and Benefits
Fixed Salary: 10,000 INR per month plus Performance-Based Incentives
