We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our company’s product to industrial clients. The role involves building strong relationships with customers while ensuring our solutions meet both safety compliance requirements and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and target potential customers
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their safety needs and project requirements.
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close sales effectively.
3. Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in fall protection and safety standards.
- Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional materials.
4. Sales Administration
- Maintain sales records, pipeline updates, and client interactions
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Fresher/up to 1 year experience in sales, preferably in safety equipment or industrial solutions.
- Basic English language proficiency is essential.
Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Willingness to learn Technical Products (Fall Protection systems, FRP walkways, etc.)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
