Education:ITI / 10th or 12th Pass
Key Responsibilities:
The Production Operator is responsible for executing assigned production activities in the wiring harness manufacturing process. The role focuses on achieving daily production targets, maintaining quality standards, following work instructions, and ensuring safety compliance. The operator works under supervision and supports smooth production flow.
Production Responsibility:
- Perform wire cutting, crimping, stripping, harness assembly, taping, and routing as per instructions.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions.
- Meet daily production targets and report issues to supervisor.
- Ensure proper handling of tools and materials.
Process & Productivity:
- Maintain workplace discipline and adhere to 5S practices.
- Minimize rejection and rework through careful operations.
- Support continuous improvement activities.
Quality & Compliance:
- Follow quality standards and inspection guidelines.
- Report defects, abnormalities, and deviations immediately.
- Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
