Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospital billing, with strong exposure to Corporate & Government Billing.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Executive for our hospital billing department. The candidate must have hands-on experience in handling Corporate Billing, TPA Billing, and Government Scheme Billing including:
- CGHS
- ECHS
- Naval Civilian
- Central Railway
- ESIC
- Other corporate panels and insurance claims
The ideal candidate should be familiar with hospital billing procedures, documentation, claim submission, reconciliation, and coordination with corporate clients and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process patient bills accurately as per hospital policies.
- Handle complete Corporate Billing and ensure timely submission of claims.
- Manage billing for government schemes such as CGHS, ECHS, ESIC, Central Railway, Naval Civilian, etc.
- Verify patient documents, approvals, and treatment records before claim submission.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, corporate clients, and hospital departments.
- Follow up on pending claims, rejections, and payment settlements.
- Maintain billing records, reports, and reconciliation statements.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing standards and government guidelines.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and patient/corporate queries efficiently.
- Prepare MIS reports related to corporate billing and outstanding payments.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of hospital billing software and MS Office.
- Excellent understanding of corporate and government medical billing processes.
- Knowledge of claim documentation and reimbursement procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce/Healthcare Administration).
- Minimum 5 years to 10 years of relevant experience in hospital billing.
- Mandatory experience in handling:
- CGHS
- ECHS
- ESIC
- Central Railway
- Naval Civilian
- Corporate/TPA Billing
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in a multi-specialty hospital.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
