Job Summary:
Mangalam Hospital is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Insurance Assistant Officer to handle medical insurance processes including claims, pre-authorizations, and billing coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in hospital billing and insurance procedures with good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance claims processing for inpatients and outpatients
- Coordinate and obtain pre-authorizations and approvals from insurance/TPA companies
- Prepare and submit medical bills and required documents for claim processing
- Follow up with insurance companies for claim status and settlements
- Ensure accurate billing as per hospital and insurance guidelines
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all insurance cases
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and billing department
- Resolve patient queries related to insurance and billing

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
