Job Summary
The Store Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring attractive product presentation, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing stock displays, and enhancing the overall customer shopping experience in the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
- Ensure effective display of jewellery collections, new launches, and promotional products.
- Coordinate with store operations for stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate availability of displayed products.
- Plan and execute seasonal and festive merchandising activities.
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product placement.
- Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of display counters, showcases, and merchandising materials.
- Coordinate with regional VM teams for campaign implementation.
- Prepare merchandising reports and stock movement updates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/ 12th Pass.
- Certification/Diploma in Visual Merchandising is preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in retail merchandising, luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
