Post - Store Officer
Location: Chakan Pune
Qualifications
Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Material Management or Supply Chain knowledge is an advantage).
2–3 years of experience in Store or Inventory Management within the Fabrication or Manufacturing Industry.
Working knowledge of ERP/Inventory Management Software and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain stock levels of raw materials, consumables, tools, and fabrication items.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for quantity, quality, and documentation.
Ensure proper storage, identification, and labeling of materials for easy retrieval and safe handling.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update ERP/Inventory Management Systems.
Implement and follow the FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method wherever applicable.
Issue materials, tools, and consumables to production teams as per authorized requirements.
Conduct regular stock verification and assist in inventory audits.
Report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and discrepancies to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping (5S), safety, and discipline within the store.
Ensure compliance with company policies, IMS procedures, and statutory requirements.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
