Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage branch operations, sales performance, customer relationships, and team productivity. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in loan products, and the ability to achieve business targets while maintaining high service standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets for loan products.
- Generate new business through direct customers, referrals, channel partners, and corporate tie-ups.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase branch revenue.
- Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise telecallers, sales executives, and field staff.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Motivate and guide employees to achieve individual and branch targets.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity of branch staff.
Loan Processing & Operations
- Oversee the end-to-end loan application process.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with lender requirements.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for smooth loan processing.
- Monitor disbursement status and resolve customer issues promptly.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and lending partners.
- Handle escalations and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Branch Administration
- Manage daily branch operations and reporting.
- Maintain branch records, MIS reports, and business performance data.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective branch operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, loan sales, or DSA operations.
- Previous team handling experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
