Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day hotel and apartment booking operations for our global corporate clients, ensuring smooth reservation management and top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end hotel and apartment booking process for corporate clients
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotel partners, and clients for confirmations, amendments, and special requests
- Handle client queries efficiently via email, phone, and internal systems
- Ensure accuracy in bookings, invoicing, and documentation
- Maintain and update booking records in CRM or booking platforms
- Monitor booking status to ensure timely confirmations and check-ins
- Collaborate with the sales and account management team for smooth client servicing
- Provide post-booking support, including handling complaints or last-minute changes
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or hotel booking operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems (GDS, hotel booking platforms, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
