We Are Hiring – Inside Sales Executive (IT Company)
Position: Inside Sales Executive
Industry: IT Infrastructure / System Integration
Experience: 1–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, OEMs, distributors, and system integrator partners for daily sales operations
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation
- Handle order processing, PO tracking, invoicing coordination, and delivery follow-ups
- Liaise with OEMs and distributors for pricing, deal registrations, lead times, and stock availability
- Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline reports, and MIS dashboards
- Support sales teams in RFP/RFQ responses and commercial documentation
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for approvals, renewals, and payment coordination
- Track AMC, support contracts, and renewal dates
- Ensure compliance with internal sales and finance processes
Required Skills & Expertise:
✔ 1–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales within IT Infrastructure or System Integrator environment
✔ Good understanding of:
- Networking (Switches, Routers, Wireless)
- Servers & Storage
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- Cloud & Data Center Solutions
- ✔ Experience working with OEMs such as Cisco, HPE, Dell, Fortinet, Sophos, etc.✔ Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint✔ Hands-on experience with CRM tools preferred✔ Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment nterested candidates can contact: 7718971141
