We're looking for a driven, energetic IT Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle for our SaaS products from first outreach to closing the deal. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to grow fast, earn strong incentives, and learn end-to-end selling in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do
- Run the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, outreach, booking meetings, demos, follow-ups, and closing.
- Identify and research potential clients, then reach out through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Book qualified meetings with decision-makers and convert them into paying clients.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using our CRM.
- Understand our SaaS products well enough to clearly explain their value and handle objections.
- Hit (and beat) monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of outreach, conversations, and deal stages.
What We're Looking For
- 0–1 year of sales experience (internships and freelance sales count).
- Comfortable owning the full sales cycle, not just one part of it.
- Strong LinkedIn skills - knows how to find prospects, write good messages, and build a presence.
- Knows how to run effective outreach (cold and warm) across channels.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interest in or exposure to SaaS / tech products.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient, you don't give up after the first "no."
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling SaaS or tech products.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
- Experience with sales/outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).
