Position : HR Head
Location : Mansarovar, Jaipur
Salary : ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Head to manage and oversee all Human Resources functions. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
* Handle employee onboarding and induction.
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Manage attendance, leave and employee-related issues.
* Conduct performance reviews and employee evaluations.
* Organize employee engagement activities and training programs.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
* Support management in workforce planning and HR strategies.
* Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related
field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Leadership and team management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
