Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Analyst to help drive product decisions through data analysis, user insights, and experimentation. The Product Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, and Business teams to identify opportunities, measure product performance, and support product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze product usage, customer behavior, and business metrics.
- Define, track, and report on KPIs and product performance.
- Create dashboards and reports using BI tools.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments.
- Gather and interpret user feedback and customer insights.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to prioritize features and improvements.
- Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
- Knowledge of statistics, experimentation, and hypothesis testing.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
